Issue to be explored
|
How homelessness in East London
affects young people
|
Form
|
I will be mainly be conducting
using a Dictaphone but if given permission I will use a video camera to get a
shot of the interviewees and also the setting where the interview will take
place.
|
Opportunities for balance
|
I will be talking to the charity
Whitechapel Mission to see how they work with the issue of young people being
homeless. I will also talk to local authorities such as the Housing Office to
see the causes of homelessness in young people and how it is being handled

Target audience
|
Young people aged between 15-19
year olds of all races and gender. The age limit is appropriate for my target
audience as people within this age range are affected the most by changes to
lifestyle
|
Opportunities for interactivity
|
I will be using Survey monkey as a
way to gain information of people’s understanding of the topic. For example,
what do they think are some of the causes of homelessness? Questions will be
asked to people within the age range of my target audience

How I will attract my audience
|
As my audience are young I will be including
music as it is popular with the age range of my target audience.
Because my story is about young
people I think the story itself will attract my audience as it will cover the
side of the news that is sometimes overlooked. Also, as it is set in East
London it will get young people interested because it is local.
